Wow. You've got a lot of beautiful raw material to work with here, though I don't think this piece has yet fulfilled its potential. The pose is great, the expression is perfect in its casual disconcern, the background lighting is great, though the tube lights hurt this composition, even while they work well with the other green elements here.

Depending on what your goal was with this shot, I would strongly consider going the two tone route with this, making it black and white. While it would initially seem damaging, I think it would bring about a better overall look, making the scene look far classier, even with the tube lighting.
